How to make a return or refund
Are you thinking of returning an item for a size or product exchange or for a refund?
You have a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your order.
NB: To return an item, you must use the same box or a new box of the same dimensions as the one you received it from. It is important that the item is stored in perfect condition to maintain its integrity.
Each of our pieces is unique, so please return items intact, unused, and clean. Remember to keep the labels intact.

There are several return options:
1. RETURN FOR REFUND:
You will need to ensure that your return shipment falls within the 14-day limit.
Shipping at your expense with a refund only for the value of the items you return.
2. RETURN FOR COUPON:
The request must reach us within 14 days.
We'll collect your returned items at your expense and offer you a coupon worth the value of the items, plus 10% off, which can be used on all collections.
Note: This can only be done once. If you request a "Coupon Return" a second time on the same order, it will not be accepted.
3. RETURN FOR EXCHANGE:
The request must reach us within 14 days.
We will collect the returned items at your expense and you can exchange them for another item or another size.
Note: This can only be done once. If you request a "Coupon Return" a second time on the same order, it will not be accepted.
Each return option requires that the returned item be inspected to ensure it meets the required conditions.
If the item is not valid and does not comply with all the required conditions, it will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
If the payment was made with Klarna or PayPal, the refund process will take longer than for card payments.
Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
